We had the lucia 40 for the first time, having chartered a helia 44 before that. the boat was basically brand new, very clean and had a new rigging system on board with reefing lines. it takes a bit getting used to, but once you know what to look for, it is quite easy. but you need two people to bring the main down.
we were only 3 people on board and for that the boat was very spacious. however, if you would want to go with larger groups, like 6 or 8 people, then the forward cabins are much smaller than on the 44 and you would need to get quite cosy in there.
checkin and checkout were easy and not complicated. very friendly staff, very helpful. the marina is also very nice and well equipped.
on the two small occasions we needed help during the trip, they responded immediately and took care of the issues.
i would as well recommend the time of year for anyone, who does not appreciate the overcrowded months of july and august.
the weather was great. sun and blue skies all around. the water refreshing to swim. and only a few boats sailing in the islands. perfect vacation.
The service was excellent, the crew recommended us for a place to sail to. I would only improve the check in, it was long process with paper works, it can be ready in advance.
In general it was very good.

Come facciamo da anni, anche quest'anno per le nostre vacanze in barca a vela ci siamo affidati a Marenauta.
Quest’anno abbiamo noleggiato un 45 piedi a Salno, col quale abbiamo navigato per 3 settimane nella Croazia del sud: esperienza fantastica.
Come al solito ci siamo sentiti supportati ed accuditi dallo staff, un punto di riferimento sicuro per risolvere eventuali problemi o imprevisti.

Barca ottima, salvo il normale intasamento di un bagno. Personale molto cordiale. Noi abbiamo fatto in una settimana Montenegro e Croazia. E' un errore. Va fatto solo il Montenegro evitando di sconfinare in Albania e Croazia nonostante meriti, perché bisogna calcolare che si perdono diverse ore (e soldini) per le pratiche doganali sia in uscita dal Montenegro, che in entrata in Croazia e lo stesso al ritorno: totale 4 volte in dogana per stare due giorni in Croazia.
