Il catamarano era in discrete condizioni, ma l'aria condizionata non funzionava in una della quattro cabine e alla partenza c'era un forte odore nelle cabine. Inoltre erano presenti formiche in cucina. L'aria condizionata é stata riparata su richiesta e l'odore é migliorato (ma non scomparso...) nelle cabine.

Regarding the boat, when you called us about a strange smell we came and we checked together all tanks and bilges and you saw that everything was dry and we explained to you that the smell was probably coming from the marina seawater, which is used by toilets, A/C pumps, etc, and explained that when you leave the marina that light smell will disappear. When you informed us about the faulty A/C unit (was working but not cooling the air strong enough) we offered to act immediately. We never had any report about ants before or after your charter week, so it could be from some fruits or vegetables. We are always trying to do our best to ensure that all our boats are in the best of conditions and clients enjoy their holidays to the fullest.
We would be happy to see you again in the future.

Tutto perfetto
Bellissima vacanza. Marenauta molto efficiente. Raffaele che ci ha seguito è stato molto paziente. L'armatore gentile e veloce nella procedura di check-in. Unico rilievo avremmo voluto stare più giorni a Paxos e Antipaxos, o andare a sud, e non andare a Parga che è tremenda. Non abbiamo capito perché lo skipper abbia deciso per noi di andare sulla terra ferma.

Nell'insieme non mi sento di dare un voto alto perché il catamarano noleggiato ci ha dato un po' troppi problemi (alcuni piccoli ma altri molto grandi)
Mancavano le posate (non erano sufficienti per tutti i membri del nostro equipaggio)
Durante uno dei primi ancoraggi il catamarano ha perso L'ANCORA Poiché si è staccata dalla catena rimanendo depositata sul fondale a 13 metri di profondità... quindi recuperando la catena ci siamo resi conto che non c'era più l'ancora attaccata..
Questo inconveniente ci ha costretti a perdere un giorno perché abbiamo dovuto rivolgerci ad un diving center per poterla recuperare ed inoltre abbiamo dovuto sostenere un costo non previsto. (Allego foto del subacqueo che ci ha assistito nel recupero dell'ancora smarrita)
L'ultimo giorno infine, durante la navigazione verso la marina Gouvia, IL MOTORE SIBISTRO DI È GUASTATO DURANTE LA NAVIGAZIONE producendo fumo ed UN FORTE odore di bruciato.
Questo incidente ci ha costretti a proseguire la navigazione con un solo motore fino al nostro rientro in base.
Per finire, dopo tutti questi grossi inconvenienti, ci sono anche stati chiesti soldi per un oblò di un bagno che presentava una crepa (cosa che ho segnalato fin dalla prima sera alla persona che ci ha fatto il check-in... ma mi è stato detto che nell'esatto momento del nostro ingresso in barca non lo avevamo segnalato

Tutto bene, il Sig Stefan molto gentile e disponibile, barca ok secondo aspettative, solo scomodo il plotter che non era presente nella plancia ma era situato all' interno . Cosa negativa: abbiamo perso circa 3 ore, e quindi per noi l'intera giornata di sabato, per un test con uscita in mare con un esaminatore che consideriamo una inutile perdita di tempo in quanto avevamo presentato nella lista dell'equipaggio n. 2 persone con patente nautica. Sono già pochi 6 giorni immaginati 5!!
Grazie comunque per l'offerta inviataci e vi contatteremo per le prossime vacanze.
