Hallo, im Großen und Ganzen haben wir einen sehr schönen Segeltörn (der 15.) verbracht. Da wir unsere Routen selbst planen, gab es in dieser Hinsicht keine Probleme. Was mir aufgefallen ist, die Liege-Kosten in einigen Marinas sind unproportional gestiegen, auch an den Bojen! Kosten mit der erbrachten Leistung passen nicht.
Sehr schönes Boot. Lediglich der zugesicherte und damit auch geplante Check In um 17 Uhr hat nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten geschlagene 2 Stunden warten bis wir um 19 Uhr endlich auf unser Boot konnten. Mit der Übergabe wurde es dann 19:30 Uhr bis wir unseren Urlaub beginnen konnten.
Der weitere Verlauf und auch die Rückgabe des Bootes verliefen reibungslos.
Die Abwicklung über Marenauta war wieder einwandfrei.

We are sorry to hear clients were not happy with boat’s condition and our service.
There were no bigger issues during this charter week – they’ve had an issue with jib and anchor remote control which we have fixed on Sunday, immediately after they reported it (within 24h, as per our charter conditions).
Since they were not so happy on the check out, they agreed with our base manager that we refund them amount paid for outboard engine, as a compensation.

Great sailing experience with Marenauta - Charter Company - ACI Dubrovnik. Everything from our last-minute booking to check-in the experience was excellent, except some issues with credit card acceptance for insurance deposit purposes, resulting in one month needed to refund the funds.
The boat itself which was Hanse 385 was a really nice surprise for me after a couple of Bavarias similarly sized. Comfortable enough for 4 of us, well equipped and in a good shape.
The staff in ACI in Komolac were very friendly, from Mr. Davor who was knowledgeable and relaxed, showing us every technical detail on the sailboat.
Special thanks to technical support service. I had some troubles with dinghy motor which didn't want to start when we where at Šunj Beach on Lopud Island. I was offered for the engine swap on the Šipan island, where we anchored, within two hours from contacting the team. This surely surpassed my expectations. Mljet and it's aquatory was already known for us but the oldest National Park at the Adriatic always surprises. Prožura and Okuklje coves were the most charming for us and they are really hidden gems.

Marica ottima barca, ben accessoriata per crociera in relax (fiocco autovirante comodissimo, randa avvolgibile nell'albero facile da aprire e chiudere, le vele erano appena state cambiate). Società di Charter seria, il tecnico era sempre disponibile on-line per richieste di chiarimento su eventuali problemi a bordo.

La Barca era molto bella ed aveva tutte le attrezzature a posto.
Visto quanto è diventata cara la Croazia sarebbe meglio se si potesse fare cambusa anche senza l'auto a Biograd, in un bel supermercato!
Wir hatten eine tolle Segelwoche mit einer schönen Segelyacht. Es hat alles super funktioniert, der Check-in und die Einweisung waren ohne Wartezeiten. Das Boot und die Einrichtung waren in super Zustand. Das Wetter hat auch gepasst. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der nächste Segelurlaub ist schon gebucht. 😎
Kaum angekommen, mussten wir hinnehmen, das der gebuchte und bezahlte ! Gennacker nicht vorhanden war.
Zusätzlich war das Boot nur mit einer extrem schwergängigen Rollfock ausgestattet, die für die Größe des Schiffs (51 feet) zu klein bemessen war. Nicht schließende Klappen, ein zwar neuer aber nicht im Grundgelenk drehbarer Anker, ein nicht absenkbarer Cockpit Tisch wurden zwar bei der Rückgabe vom Vercharterer als " bekannt " klassifiziert, aber mit dem Hinweis auf " end of season" einfach hingenommen.

Sono anni che noleggio imbarcazioni con Marenauta e anche questa vacanza è stata eccellente: assistenza continua, serietà e customer care sempre di altissimo livello. Imbarcazioni in ottimo stato e personale on site ed in back office sempre disponibile.

Obwohl das Boot einige Jahre alt ist, ist es in einem guten Zustand. Alles war funktionsfähig. Neues Großsegel, das den Namen verdient. Bauartbedingte eingeschränkte Stehhöhe im vorderen Bereich des Salons. Bimini muss während Fahrt unter Segel eingeholt werden, da Großshot durch diese hindurchführt. Gut geeignet für Einhandsegler.

Settimana molto piacevole con condizioni meteo sempre favorevoli.
La dotazione della barca permette che le manovre siano eseguite anche da una singola persona, soprattutto grazie al fiocco autovirante.
Der Katamaran "Salty Dragon" war top und in gutem Zustand, es halt alles funktioniert wie es sollte. Bis zum Checkin hat sehr lange gedauert, was aber oftmals der Fall ist. Raumangebot im Kat war für 4 Paare optimal. Das ging leider auf Kostend er Segeleigenschaften, die doch sehr dürftig sind. Da kommt keine grosse Segelfreude auf. Ansonsten Wetter top, Wasser super und die Buchten ein Traum. Nur das immens gestiegene Preisgefüge gegenüber Vorjahren, auch auf den Ausseninseln, lässt einem zweimal überlegen, so schnell wiederzukommen.
Prekrasno područje za obići sa pregršt božanstvenih uvala. Brod odličan, nekoliko manjih nedostataka koje je ekipa odmah otklonila nakon što smo im ukazali po povratku.

Nice trip through southern Dalmatia
Our route included Mljet, Lastovo, Scedro, Korcula. It was a nice route for one week.
Had a very nice sailing holiday with the hanse 388. The boat was better than we expected.
And how beautiful Croatia is. Every day was a pleasure. Enough ports to stay overnight and the food there is great.
I therefore advise everyone to do this.

Hanse MALA 355 del 2012. Che fosse un'imbarcazione datata, lo sapevo, ma che gli anni che ha li si sente tutti, non immaginavo. Strumentazione in pozzetto, insufficiente. Manca il plotter cartografico e il pilota automatico spesso non funziona (come mi è stato peraltro riferito al momento del chek in). Il salpa ancora deve costantemente essere accompagnato manualmente per spostare la catena che in fase di raccolta si accumula sotto e l'accumulo provoca il fermo della risalita della catena (come mi è stato peraltro riferito al momento del chek in). Diverse parti dello scafo con visibili danni.

New boat with hidden flaw, in search for electricity
We started late, because base crew forgot to put on the safety net. After two days we ran out of electricity as we could not recharge on motor. While looking for a recharge and altering schedule we still managed to get a nice trip all the way to Lastovo.
The boat is slow in speed and in manouvre.

Boot war in einem super Zustand! Der Stützpunkt-Mitarbeiter der die Einschulung/Übernahme gemacht hat, war ziemlich gestresst. Bei der Vielzahl an Übergaben zwar verständlich, aber es wäre schön, wenn man das nicht ganz so deutlich zu spüren bekommt. Man muss aber sagen, dass trotzdem alle Stützpunkt-Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit waren und alle Wünsche erfüllt wurden!

La settimana dal 03/08 al 10/08 con l’Hanse 505 è stata perfetta.
Il charter organizzatissimo, lo skipper bravo ed esperto. La barca comoda e ben tenuta.
Siamo riusciti a vedere tutto quello che ci eravamo prefissati per la buona capacità dello skipper a decidere i tempi per gli spostamenti e il meteo che ci ha aiutati.
Devo dire inoltre che la vostra organizzazione è impeccabile, paziente ed efficiente.

Wir hatten wunderschönes Wetter und Wind und haben schöne Orte wie Buchten und Städte gesehen.
Boot funktionierte einwandfrei und hatten kaum Probleme.
Einziger kleiner Mangel auf dem Boot, war daß es keine Kaffemaschine gab.

Marenauta e Società locale di charter, una accoppiata di garanzia.
Posti bellissimi ripetutamente collaudati negli anni passati. Costi un po' elevati nelle marine e nei ristoranti ove accettano sempre di meno gli euro. Imbarcazione immatricolata nel 2019 (Hanse 508) quindi in ottimo stato anche se presentava alla consegna alcune draglie di poppa piegate e quindi difficilmente estensibili evidentemente a causa di un uso improprio da parte dei precedenti utilizzatori. Il supermercato della Marina di Kastela dovrebbe essere maggiormente rifornito e anche qui non si accettano gli euro. Il cliente per procurarsi le Kune è costretto ad uscire dalla marina ove dovrebbe potersi reperire un ufficio cambiavalute.
Riterrei opportuno che vi sia anche personale addetto ai check in in grado di parlare la lingua italiana visto il considerevole numero di italiani che noleggiano gli yachts; consiglio inoltre che quando il cliente al momento della presa in carico della imbarcazione chiede al personale addetto di poter verificare il corretto funzionamento del gennaker (e le condizioni meteo ovviamente lo consentano), non si veda opporre un rifiuto come nella fattispecie motivato con il fatto di dovere eseguire il check in per altre imbarcazioni. il cliente che ha pagato anche la fornitura del detto extra ha infatti il diritto, se lo chiede, di ottenere la verifica preventiva che tutto sia in ordine e che gli venga dedicato tutto il tempo necessario.
Inoltre viene fatto sottoscrivere il foglio del check al cliente il quale però in certi casi è costretto a firmare al buio, in quanto non è messo nelle condizioni di verificare che effettivamente il bene in questione che con la spunta ha deliberato sia effettivamente privo di difetti. Mi riferisco per esempio alle condizioni dello scafo alla consegna che ovviamente non è possibile visionare per cui bisogna affidarsi alla correttezza dell'armatore.

However, we would like to draw attention to a few details from your review that, in our opinion, need a bit more clarification.
We are really glad to see that you are satisfied with the service and the crew in the base. Regarding the problem with the water our assumption is that the cockpit shower was not handled properly meaning that the switch on shower handle was closed but that the valve was not closed every time after the showering in the cockpit – that way water from the water tank can end up really fast and easy in the bilges of the boat.
We would also like to highlight that this is the first complaint of this sort that we have for this boat – so far the reviews for the boat were really good.
We hope that you will find our argument acceptable and give us the chance to welcome you as our guest on one of our boats in the future.
